Do you get paid by the dealership?

Never. PeakDeal charges you a flat fee and has zero financial relationship with any dealer.

What if I don't end up buying a car?

The $250 deposit is applied toward your total fee if you move forward. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit will be forfeited. Howeverm if the deal falls through due to circumstances outside of your control, we are happy to review the situation.

Do you handle used cars too?

Yes — both new and used. Used cars actually have more room to negotiate since pricing is less transparent. We assess market value, condition, and history before a single call goes out.

How long does the process take?

Most deals are negotiated within 1–3 business days. If you're on a tight timeline just let us know upfront and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Do I have to be in Colorado?

No! While we are based in Colorado, we can help negotiate your car deal nationwide.

What if the dealer won't budge?

That happens. In that case we tell you exactly why, what the market says the car is worth, and whether a different dealer or different vehicle would serve you better. You always have full information.
